With this app, you can easily and securely access your water and sewer services. You can report problems, view your account details, and make payments. Regardless of the time or place, this app puts the solution at your fingertips.

  • Electronic invoice: You can view, download, and print your invoice.
  • Pay your bill with your credit card, checking account, or savings account
  • Payment history: You will find a record of your previous and current transactions.
  • Status of orders: The system displays the status of all service orders requested on your registered accounts.
  • Invoice claim: If you do not agree with the billed charges, you can dispute your bill on or before the due date.
  • Payment claim: If you made a payment, checked your history, and do not see it credited to your account or reflected as "in transit," you can now submit a claim online in just a few minutes.
  • Invoice not received: If you have not received your bill by mail, you can use the app to select the account that is missing the bill and provide us with some details so that we can investigate.
  • Issue report: If you detect an issue, you can take a photo, enter basic information, and report it via your mobile phone.
  • Request a New service: You can request water service activation for residential customers.
  • Cancel service: You can request to cancel water service for residential customers.
  • Request a Payment plan: If your debt exceeds $250, you can apply for a repayment plan, in which case your initial payment will be 40% of the total amount owed.
